At Come to Bali Tour, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our refund and cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible.
Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellations by the Customer:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date.
50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.
2. Cancellations by Us (Come to Bali Tour):
If we need to cancel a tour due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Non-Refundable Items
Entrance tickets, activity passes, or third-party bookings that are non-refundable according to the provider’s terms.
Any transaction fees incurred from payment gateways or international transfers.
Rescheduling Policy
You may request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, depending on availability.
